Design Considerations
posters need to work as a series of three posters—either fit together to be a larger image or share themes
– must include a black heart graphic that the designer creates
– must not only be portraits of Joan Jett
– do not use any photographs of Joan Jett or directly reference a photo due to image copyrights
– please make a t-shirt graphic for one of the locations to accompany the poster. Mockup on a shirt for placement and garment color—single or double-sided

It is the world’s leading outlet for cutting-edge news, commentary, and research in all areas of science. Science is published by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), a non-profit organization that has a mission to “advance science and serve society” by communicating the value of science to the public, helping governments formulate science policy, promoting advancements in science education and diversity, and helping scientists develop their careers.

Some topics include reproductive freedom; immigration; racial justice; racism; transgender and voting rights; LGBTQ+, women’s, animal rights; free speech; mental health; war/conflict; economy and jobs; health care cost and accessibility; book-banning; climate/environment; cyber issues; homelessness; and single-use plastics.

Goal
To inform, educate, and persuade your target audience’s attitude by raising awareness about your social issue.

Background
More than ever, Americans have their finger on the pulse of social issues–and they aren’t shy about expressing it. Social media has become a forum, allowing more Americans than ever to express their opinions about current events openly. Americans today care about an incredibly diverse range of topics. We live in an age where anyone can have their voice heard with just a few clicks.

Deliverables
The following deliverables must be part of your campaign:

– what’s the hook to attract your audience?

Designers will utilize existing branding elements and provided copy to produce a fresh and engaging website design.

Showcase the park’s unique features, including visuals of attractions and easy navigation to tickets, events, and visitor information.

Focus on the park’s adrenaline-inducing rides, incorporating bold visuals, concise descriptions, and compelling calls-to-action.
